Shipping & Returns



You will be able to see the cost of each shipment at the time of making the purchase. This varies depending on the destination and the size or weight of the package. The applicable rates are:

Peninsula: Free shipping with purchases of 100 euros or more. Rest of orders: 5.95 euros
Balearic Islands: 8 euros
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: 12 euros
European Union: 15.50 euros
USA: 35 euros

Delivery times *

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with all the information so you can track it.

We prepare orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and once payment has been confirmed . If we receive your purchase outside of these hours or on a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next business day. Once we have your order in the central warehouse, we ship it via express courier so that it reaches you as soon as possible. Below, we detail the delivery times:

National shipments:

  • On the peninsula: 1-2 business days.
  • To the Balearic Islands: 2-3 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2-5 working days.

Shipping to Europe: 5 business days
Shipping to USA: 5-7 business days
Shipments outside the European Community: 20 to 30 working days. Please note that if you are outside the European Union, you will need to be aware of and responsible for local customs taxes.

Any item may be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt without giving any reason, as long as the item has not been used or damaged. The return will be made for 100% of the cost of the product, including the shipping costs that the customer would have paid at the time (if applicable). The process and shipping costs corresponding to the return will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the returned item has been used or damaged by the customer, no refund or exchange will be made and the item will be returned to the buyer.

In the event of a defect or defect, the client will notify the incident within 7 days from the date of receipt, and Ginger & Velvet will refund all expenses incurred by the client. Once the item is received and the manufacturing defect is verified, said costs will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days.


It is only possible to exchange an item for another of the same or higher amount, paying the price difference, within the first 14 days from receipt of the item.

If you want to exchange an item, you must send it to the address below along with its original packaging. The shipping cost will always be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping via courier company due to the type of product. Exchanges or returns of freight collect items will not be accepted.

When it is a first exchange, Ginger & Velvet is responsible for the shipping costs of the new items (not the return of the previous one). In subsequent changes, it will be the client who will be responsible for the costs derived from both the return and the new delivery, this second cost being the one corresponding to the client's address and characteristics of the package, which will be paid by debit to the IBAN account.
